Tomorrow I fly to Calgary, but...


Today I won WeirdGuy at the DC Age-Handicapped 4-miler in Carderock

And yesterday I met SpongeBob in southern Maryland!

    hi!! i remember that race from last year!! i if i remember correctly it kicked my ass and afterwards i vowed to step up the training! um...congrats on winning Weird Guy? Train hard!
