My solo distant 

out-and-abouting today 

was an effort of will 

sometimes I fall victim 
to the sadness of all of this 

 so I set out in search of smiles 

I dedicate this dusk to Happy Faces 

I have always loved Happy Faces

May 30: Dedicated to those who reach

My reach for the stars ramble tonight 

is dedicated to the astronauts 

and the multitude 

of technical crew, scientists,  

engineers, and support staff 

of the human beings in space tonight 

after the successful launch this afternoon

BRAVO 

Dedicated also to those who were already there

to those who have been there and returned home

to those who never made it home

My "If we've ever gonna see a rainbow, 

we have to stand a little rain"

There is so much rainbow connecting to do

I had planned for yesterday to be 

the Grand Finale 

of my color themes

but I found I needed just 

a little bit more

  before I could move on

May 27: Dedicated to the color WHITE

My partially duo, yet mostly solo, 
physically distant {foot} voyage of discovery 
tonight is dedicated to the color  

WHITE

In 7th grade Science class Miss Cortese taught us that black is the absence of color whereas white is ALL COLORS. 

Now that refers to light and not pigment, of course. Think of the difference between a rainbow and mixing ALL your paint colors together on a palette!

White weddings. White magic. Snow White. 

The White Queen. Purity. Knights in White Satin.
