Doughnut Dash 5k
Happy 10th Birthday, Chesapeake Bay Running Club! :-)
Liza baked a logo-cake, but we couldn't bear to cut it up.
The boys are toeing the line...competition is fierce up front.
Children of the corn on a glorious, sunny, dry morning!
Doughnut Stop - 1 minute off your time for every doughnut eaten!
Charlene eats her way uphill.
Liza teaching ethnic dancing to anyone up to the challenge. I wasn't a success...

My step-daughter is taking some STEPS!
Tess is going to be walking the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk in Tampa, Florida in October!
In case you aren't familiar, the net proceeds from the Breast Cancer 3-Days benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to fund breast cancer research and community outreach, as well as the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund, to provide an endowment for breast cancer initiatives.
It's 60 miles to walk over three days. As their site says,
" It's a weekend of hope, as we honor lives lost, celebrate survivors, promote breast cancer research, and help bring breast cancer care to those who so desperately need it."
