I was a volunteer at the Turkey Chase 10k, calling out split times at the 5-mile mark. I wasn't running. And I got my award for walking most of the Thanksgiving Prediction 5k. The only RUNNING runner in my age group got 1st place, I got 2nd...I beat the walkers. But I hope my problems with my feet & legs clear up - I really want to get back to regular RUNNING.
What do you mean "was a runner?" Awards? 10 K's? Looks like you're still at it.
