6-month follow-up appointment for a medical thing (due in FEBRUARY, but COVID came & I was afraid to schedule it.)
I felt so anxious and crazed - in a situation that is stressful at the best of times, and in NOW TIMES, it was AWFUL.
Took over an hour, home at dark. In the WIND. 45 degrees out (that's COLD after it being mostly in the 70s all week)
So I didn't put on headlamps and jacket and go walk. I TOOK THE DAY OFF.
