It is NOT a bright day. It is a gloomy, wet, rainy, grey day.
But the bushes down the hill are bright
in the background through the rain-spattered
sun-less sun-room window.

~~~ I wasn't very BRIGHT today, either. I didn't go to my cross-country 5k because I was spooked by the weather.com forecast for this evening.
And it was WRONG WRONG WRONG.
